recent commissions

a piece I made to thank our sweet sweet friends, Nathan and Christy Nockels
for singing at our wedding...
"by our love" is one of their songs

i just love doing wedding photo commission paintings... the photos are always so nice that it would be hard to mess it up, plus since I just got married its still fun to do wedding related things!
valentines day commissiona mirror commission with just abstract colors, refreshing...
this photo was obviously before the mirror was in the frame

some of these are not exactly "recent" but I have never shown them on the blog or my website, which I am in the process of updating in a major way.

all of the kids & grandkids gave this to grandparents for Christmas, I thought it was so sweet

A fun new twist on mirror commissions, she sent me some of her favorite polaroids and I put them on a mirror and added her favorite quotes...

one of the newer works for the show, "she was not forgotten"

they had a beautiful table decorated with great food and desserts for the opening, they were extremely welcoming and the opening was so nice

I said goodbye to Jochebed, some really sweet people bought this painting during the show.

only a few pieces from this series remain... that leads me to the next post
